The Prominence On-Site model (our MPO offering) allows recruitment agencies to have their very own dedicated marketing manager in the office. They can take advantage of being on-site and working closely with your business, while still having access to our fantastic wider team of 20+ marketing specialists, which includes our senior leadership team, graphic designers, social media specialists, writers, email marketers, content creators and paid advertising specialists.

Essentially, they will be at the centre of the action and can get an insider’s scoop on the inner workings of your agency, enabling them to extract maximum impact from marketing initiatives and help you take your business to the next level. So, what could this look like for you?

Depending on what your agency needs, you might want one day, two days or even three days a week with a Marketing Manager in house. Once that’s decided, you’ll pay a monthly fee for this service, and we’ll get started on delivering results!
