Coming from a Marketing, IT Infrastructure and Event Management background with solid experience in the Recruitment sector, Elouise made the move from in-house to agency when she joined the Prominence team. She is no stranger to leadership roles, and has led a close-knit team focused primarily on marketing, maintaining IT infrastructure, project management and managing company events, both nationally and internationally.

In her role as Senior Account Manager, Elouise works closely with the marketing team to provide content, strategy and support that is specific to our clients’ needs, and can always be counted on to go the extra mile to ensure the complete satisfaction of those she serves. Her knack for negotiation, strong organisational skills and her friendly personality make her a favourite with clients and colleagues alike.

When not at work, Elouise is a regular at the beach and enjoys going on hikes and coastal walks in and around Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. She also rides horses most weekends, and indulges her passion for wine and cheese any chance she gets (life is about balance, after all!).
