Originally from the Southern Hemisphere, Melissa began her marketing career in the UK. Over a seven year period she progressed to become Associate Director - Marketing leading a team of seven marketers.
Following the acquisition of the company to a global group of recruitment brands, Melissa was given the opportunity to transfer to Australia in the role of Head of Marketing Asia Pacific responsible for five specialist recruitment brands covering IT, Finance, HR, Legal and Marketing recruitment across Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Her expertise includes designing and planning of the marketing and digital strategy, content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, brand development and strategy, copy-writing, PR, market research and white papers, sponsorships, events and overseeing graphic design and brand evolution.
She has extensive experience in rebranding organisations through mergers and acquisitions including single brand strategies and multi-brand strategies and their implementation. She has produced numerous white papers including a report on diversity, discrimination and pay equality within the Australian Finance Industry and Women in IT: Strategies and Initiatives to encourage gender diversity.
In her role as Senior Account Manager, Melissa looks after the day to day delivery for Australia-based clients, assisting with brand development and building exceptional marketing strategies to grow their business.

Melissa is a Chartered Marketer (DipM MCIM) as well as holding a Diploma in Digital Marketing and a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies (Marketing).
