Announcing Prominence On-Site Marketing Model for Recruitment Agencies
Our brand-new recruitment marketing offering is designed to bridge the gap between the agency and the internal marketer. The Prominence On-Site model (our MPO offering) allows recruitment agencies to have their very own dedicated marketing manager in the office. They can take advantage of being on-site and working closely with your business, while still having access to our fantastic wider team of 20+ marketing specialists, which includes our senior leadership team, graphic designers, social media specialists, writers, email marketers, content creators and paid advertising specialists.
Essentially, they will be at the centre of the action and can get an insider’s scoop on the inner workings of your agency, enabling them to extract maximum impact from marketing initiatives and help you take your business to the next level. So, what could this look like for you?
Depending on what your agency needs, you might want one day, two days or even three days a week with a Marketing Manager in house. Once that’s decided, you’ll pay a monthly fee for this service, and we’ll get started on delivering results!
Hiring internally vs. Prominence On-Site
If you’re reading this, you might be thinking: “why is this a better option than hiring internally?” The answer is relatively simple. You get a fully trained, ready-to-go recruitment marketer who can hit the ground running, providing consistent support for your team for a significantly lower cost and dramatically reducing the onboarding time to get them up to scratch. And let’s not forget that you also sidestep the risk, time drain and costs that come along with hiring an internal team member!
Ultimately, all our marketing packages are flexible, but if you’re looking for a more hands-on approach to marketing, our Prominence On-Site model could be for you.
One of our more recent clients, Evolve Talent, have taken us up on the offer, and (once lockdown is over) will be utilising our Prominence On-Site offering, with our Sydney-based Marketing Account Manager joining their team in the office one day a week.
Of course, we know every agency is unique and their requirements are different. An MPO model won’t be right for everyone, but it’s our commitment to remaining agile and flexible to meet our clients’ needs that has built our long-lasting client relationships. In fact, we’re thrilled to say the first client we ever had is still with us seven years later!
We are currently offering this service to all our AUS, NZ and UK clients but are open to discussing this option with any recruitment agency that feels this model will suit their needs, so why not reach out for a chat?
If this doesn’t sound like the right fit for you but you’re interested in exploring our other services, please get in touch and we can build a marketing package that fits around you and your business goals.
